Kathleen Holmes is a learning professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership development and coaching. Much of her career has been spent working with high-potential leaders and executives around the globe. She spent 14 years at Microsoft developing leaders across engineering and other functional organizations at all levels in their career. She is the founder of KMH Advantage, a leadership consulting and coaching firm that has worked with teams and individual leaders at large global tech companies, governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, and small/independent businesses. This work enables transformational development experiences that open individuals and teams up to their strengths and personal and professional potential.

She started teaching ETLS: 660 Engineering Leadership at the University of St. Thomas in 2019.
